Description of the two endings of the psychological horror Observer: System Redux
As you progress through Observer: System Redux, you will follow the same path and will not be able to influence the plot. Only at the end of the story will the only choice affect the ending of the game. Below we have described how to get both endings in Observer: System Redux.
Where to make a choice
The finale of the game begins with a series of videos. When control passes to you, you will find yourself in the virtual world. Follow forward until you find yourself in front of Adam’s big head to talk to him.
At first, the dialogue is linear, and you can ask the son of the protagonist about everything. Almost at the end of the conversation, the game will give you a choice:
- Accept the offer (Hug Adam);
- Reject the offer (Reject Adam).
Tip: if you want to see both endings of the game, then you need to back up your save files in advance. The fact is that after the final cut-scene you will find yourself in the main menu of the game and will not be able to return to the last save, but only start a new game.

Ending 1 — Hug Adam
You will let Adam take control of the body of the main character, Daniel. This in turn will help save him from the deadly threat of the virus. During a video on the engine, you can try to interact with the surrounding objects.
Ending 2 — Reject Adam
You reject Adam’s offer, after which he dies. As in the first option, you can interact with the surrounding objects during the cut-scene.
