Detailed walkthrough of the Varnhold’s Lot - role-playing game Pathfinder: Kingmaker and all available endings.
The beginning of the way
The game begins in the throne room Jamand Aldoris. After the ceremony, talk to the guests, then go down to the exit and listen to the dialogue by Cephal Lorentus and Maegar Varn. Here for the first time you will have to accept one of the parties to the conflict, or you can to maintain neutrality. After this, tell Varn that you are ready to go.
If you have already played Pathfinder: Kingmaker, then you should know that the entire game is built to make such decisions. In most cases, each decision will affect something in the future (especially for plot tasks).

Choose a party for venture
Listen to the monologue of the Baron, then go down to the tavern. There is Quartermaster Kjerdi near the entrance, with whom you need to talk about the mercenaries. The quartermaster will offer you three recruits, but you can to refuse and create your characters: choose a race, class, assign skills and other characteristics. We took those who were proposed by Kjerdi (Gekkor, Bruiser and Tehara).
Talk to Baron Varn
Climb to the top right corner of the map and go to the location with the fortress. Talk to Varn, then equip the squad and tell him that you are ready to travel. It is impossible to control movement in the open world in this DLC, but you will have to prepare the camp for the night after a few hours. It is easy to do, especially if you have gone through the main campaign Pathfinder.
On the way to the City of Hollow eyes, Varn decides to deal with the disappearance of merchants. Thus you get to the location Deadly Passage. There is practically nothing interesting at the location itself, except for the entrance to the cave. Destroy two traps and kill several goblins, then enter the lair.
There are six goblins in the cave. Distribute and kill them. As a reward, you can pick up valuable items (trophies) from the chest in the center of the cave. Return to the map.
Find out what is happening in the City of Hollow eyes
Upon arrival in the city, you will find several centaurs. Listen to them and make a decision. You can inspect the ammunition of the centaurs and look at the symbols that they wear. We tried to negotiate with them; we promise that no one would visit their tombs and steles. The centaurs accepted the offer and disappeared.
Save the young villagers from the Cyclops tomb
Several teenagers went to such a tomb. Descend into the lower left corner of the map. Kill the Manticore and Cyclops. Get closer and you will start a dialogue with the centaurs. We kill them. Go back to the map to continue the journey.
Return to Varnhold
On the way to Varnhold, you will have several more key meetings, the first of which will happen after leaving the City of Hollow eyes. You will meet a scientist and researcher Willas Gunderson. Before you communicate with him, you will have to deal with two nightmarish zombies Cyclops. In the dialogue with the scientist, select the option "Intimidation", after examining the bracelet in his hand. When the dialogue ends, a new order “Look into Willas Gunderson” will appear in the task log.

Upon arrival in Varnhold, you will have a concluding dialogue with the Baron and Regent Lorentus. If you select the third option, the baron will ask the regent to leave. He will schedule a meeting for you. So one more instruction “Talk to Cephal” will become available.
Of Cows and Other Matters of Political Importance
The first person to be interviewed on the instructions is the owner of the tavern Svelid. Before you go to her, you can freely talk with the old sorcerer Ignash, who hangs near the tavern. After talking to Svelid, go out into the city and go upstairs to the boats. Examine the inscriptions on the walls of one of the barns, which are written with errors.
