You have not it yet, so go back to the room where you were before and opened the safe. From the EXIT door, go right, to the very end. There will be the entrance to the funicular, but you need an ID bracelet. Nearby there is a table — take away from it a T-shaped device.
In fact, you need to use this item at the closed doors, where there is a small pipe. Follow back through the EXIT door; go down and down the stairs to the left again. Use the T-shaped element to open the passage. Follow it and near the table, remove the key from the wall. It opens most sewer doors. If you go up the stairs from here, you will find a closed passage and a broken pipe. Therefore, go down the stairs into the water from the table. Move through the lower channel, avoid monsters or kill them. It will be great if you take grenades with you.
Go through the lower channel, get out and find yourself in a room with supplies. Go down the stairs. You will see and a locked door with a panel and a picture of a king.

There is a closed door and six panels to the left of the vault. You need to place the chess pieces. Follow again through the EXIT door, go down one time and jump into the water next to the panel that was activated earlier. Go through the channel in the opposite direction; kill the monster on the way and right-hand open the door using the T-fixture. Climb up on the lift and find yourself in the workshop. Collect useful items, including film and hip bag. Leave from here and you find the panel with the rook on the left. Do not rush to pick up a chess piece.
Instead, cross the bridge and open the door to enter the water supply room. Collect useful items, go back and open another door on your left hand. For both, you will need a key found earlier. In the staff’s rest room, you need to move the closet to find the secret passage.
There will be an elevator. Go up on it and open the door to be in the basement under the police station. To the left of the door, there is a glass showcase with an improvement for Lightning Hawk. Interact with the locked box and apply a S.T.A.R.S. token. If you don’t have one, you can go up to the very top, take the elevator and get a token from the vault. There is a pipe here — use the T-tool to open the way back to the station.
Also note that if you open a token, turn it into a USB flash drive, you will need to re-examine the item in your inventory and press the back button. Inside, there is an improvement for the an improvement for Lightning Hawk.
Go back down the elevator, take the boat from the panel and follow the same path to the North Channel. Go through the tunnel on the left, go upstairs and return to the room with the vault and typewriter. It is time to place chess:
- On the right hand, there is a panel with a pawn. In the same place the corresponding picture hangs. To the left of the pawn, place the queen and the king (with the cross).
- On the left hand on the far panel, there is an image of a horse, so move it there from the middle panel. Set the rook in the middle and the bishop on the side.
