Ledecestershire:
Shoot the hanging bag of stones.
Essex:
Southwest of the ealdorman's house in Colchester. Climb up the wood and stone and look for the destructible floor. But you will need a red jug of oil. Look for it in the market nearby.
Lunden:
Northeast of the Lunden amphitheater. There will be a ring of mossy wood next to the pillars. Climb up and dive into the hole. Get out of the water and climb up.
