User Agreement for ShowGamer.com

Proposed User Agreement (hereinafter — simply Agreement)

regulates the relationship between internet users (hereinafter - the user) and information and entertainment resource ShowGamer.com, who registered on the site (created their own account) using the mailbox or service VKontakte, and therefore - agreed to the conditions set out in this document of agreement.

Users accept the terms of the current agreement by checking the "I agree to the terms of use" box when registering on the website. By doing so, they confirm that they have read and unconditionally agreed to the terms of use agreement.

ShowGamer.com is a media website.

By using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use ShowGamer.com!

The administration grants the user the right to post the following information on the website:

Photo footage
Links to material posted on other websites

The user also has the right to review, read, comment and rate any material on the site.

ShowGamer.com - an online resource that regularly publishes various information about games, including news, reviews, guides, walkthroughs, tutorials and so on. The site also contains a huge database of video games for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Google Stadia, Xbox Series S/X, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck and other third-party platforms.
Each material on the site - the result of intellectual activity, created in accordance with the terms of the current user agreement, the legislation of the Russian Federation and other provisions of international law.
It is strictly forbidden to use ShowGamer.com materials or resources contrary to the current terms of agreement.
Any user may post their own content on the site, provided they prove it is their own and has never been posted on the internet before. We strictly comply with the intellectual property law (DMCA).
User is aware that he/she is personally responsible for the content published on ShowGamer.com in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international law.
The user who agrees to the terms of the agreement confirms that they will not post any of the following types of material:

/unlawful, harmful, threatening, offensive to morality, defamatory, infringing of copyright and other intellectual property rights, propaganda of hatred and or discriminating against people on racial, ethnic, gender or social grounds, as well as violating accepted norms and ethics of communication on the Internet, or making it difficult for other Users of the Services to work
violating the rights of minors and/or causing them any form of harm, including moral harm
infringing on the rights of different minorities
misleading ShowGamer.com users and third parties (e.g. by impersonating another person and/or a representative of an organisation and/or community)
violating any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, trademark (service mark) rights and trade secrets
not post materials containing viruses or other computer code, files or programs designed to disrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunications equipment or programs, to gain unauthorised access to computer systems, equipment or data of third parties, as well as serial numbers to commercial software products and programs to generate them, logins, passwords and other means to gain unauthorised access to commercial resources on the Internet
violations of applicable Russian and/or international law, as well as the laws of foreign countries
allowing the collection and retention of personal data of third parties
containing rude, obscene or offensive language or suggestions
containing text, photos or videos of a pornographic nature
hindering the smooth operation of the site
containing links to Internet resources prohibited by current Russian law and international law
containing automated scripts (programmes) to gather information and/or interact with the website.

By publishing their material on the site, the user agrees that all rights to the articles pass into the ownership of ShowGamer.com. The site's editorial staff and administration are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable, limited license to use such articles in any lawful manner.
User may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, or otherwise use in whole or in part any article created by other Users or ShowGamer.com editors. Except in some cases where this is discussed with the copyright holder.
ShowGamer.com can remove user-generated material from the site without any investigation if it violates or infringes anyone's rights. Without explanation or compensation.
User, registered account agrees to receive e-mail, sms, push notifications and other types of advertising, information, service messages from ShowGamer.com.
ShowGamer.com editors and administrators have every right to provide information about users to the relevant law enforcement or other authorised government agency at the first request of such agency in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.
User agrees that upon a justified request of ShowGamer.com's editorial or administrative staff, the game site has a right to transfer information about a user who created illegal or infringing material to third parties.

The administration has the right to:

restrict access to any information on the website
create, modify, delete information
delete accounts
refuse to register without giving a reason

The user undertakes to:

ensure that the information provided is accurate
ensure that personal data is protected from access by third parties
update the Personal Data provided at registration if they change
not copy information from other sources
not to disseminate information aimed at war propaganda, inciting national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, or other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is prescribed
not disturb the operation of the site
not to act in a way that is misleading to other users
not to post advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive material or any other information that is prohibited or contrary to current Russian legislation
not use scripts (programmes) for the automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services

The administration undertakes to:

maintain the website, except where this is not possible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.
to protect the user's account in a variety of ways
protect information whose dissemination is restricted or prohibited by law by issuing a warning or deleting the account of the user who violates the rules
provide all available information about the User to authorised public authorities in the cases prescribed by law

Liability of the parties

the user is solely responsible for the information he or she disseminates
the administration is not responsible for any discrepancy between the services the user expects and those he or she actually receives
the administration does not accept any responsibility for services provided by third parties
In the event of a force majeure situation (war, emergency, natural disasters, etc.) the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement comes into force when you register on the website.

The agreement ceases to have effect when a new version of the agreement is made available.

The administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify this agreement at its discretion.

If the agreement is changed, in some cases, the administration may notify users in a convenient way.
