Before you can do that, you must complete a couple of introductory tasks in order to be in Dublin and settle down a bit. Then head to the Mide area, to an abandoned church with a white dot indicating a cursed symbol. The church is located 400 meters north of Lesdarrow Trading Post, in the swamps between Inhroe and Tara.
Go inside the church and look for a cluster of jugs and boxes. Break all those boxes. one of them has a snake hiding in it! Kill the snake. Congratulations, you saved Ireland from the snakes and earned the Legend of St. Patrick achievement!
