Runaway Slimer (Prologue)

Slimer has escaped, and a tutorial episode is associated with him. Use the WASD keys to move around. Climb down the stairs following your buddies. At the bottom, shoot the Slimer by clicking on the LMB. The vault will explode.

Follow Ray until you reach the basement. Shoot Slimer by holding LMB and aiming a beam at him. The green dial while aiming at a monster shows its energy level. You need to completely reduce it. The green bars on your backpack show the main character's HP. A red bar will also appear there: the higher it is, the stronger the overheating of the weapon. Periodically, you need to press the R key to reduce the heat.

Soon Slimer will run away, and you will be forced to fight the Lazy Ghost. You can open Tobin's handbook to find out information about him. Now the real starts with?Chatting with a ghost. So, for starters, attack him with LMB, directing the beam. As soon as you reduce the circular green scale to a quarter, you can apply the capture beam. To do this, press Shift to switch to it. If the ghost flies to the right side, rotate the mouse to the left, and vice versa. Thanks to this, the hit scale will be faster (in the lower right corner of the screen). It has multiple charges. Press RMB to use blows on a captured ghost. So you will reduce its scale to a minimum.



Soon you will be prompted to throw a trap. Do this by clicking on the F key. After that, continue to pull the ghost in opposite directions and use blows to weaken it. When the ghost has no energy bar (one red section from the dial), drag it towards the trap. Keep doing this, use blows to keep the ghost from coming to its senses, and soon grab it. Then pick up a trap.

Get in the car and go to the hotel. Follow your friends to the elevator and to the 12th floor. When you find Slimer, shoot him??z guns. Follow him with your partner. Follow the ghost of the fisherman along the corridor, removing pieces of furniture from the path. He will hide in the vending machine. When you lure him out of there, deal with the lamps and go back, where a new door has opened. In the bar, fight the Fisherman on your own. Now you have to fight the Marshmallow Man. Go forward along the street, killing small enemies. Don't forget to scan each new ghost! Catch some big ghosts using the trap on the roof of the hunter's car. Having done this, deal with the flying gargoyles. You don't have to catch them.

Once you've dealt with everyone, enter the laundry room and go past the moving washing machines. Before leaving, look into the room on the right to find the first artifact - the enchanted Galliano bucket . After getting out into the alley, you will gain access to bosonic darts. Shoot them at the truck in the slime pile on the right until it explodes. Go down the alley and you will notice a truck on the right. Behind him, on a wooden pallet, is the second artifact - a bottle of Three-Fingered Jenkins . When the wooden fence explodes a little further, do not rush to go to the main road. Turn into the alley on the left and look at the traffic cone at the bar door. This is the third artifact .

Move on and fight new ghosts. Don't forget about using bosonic particles. Also scan any casts of the new type! Attack Marshmallow Man while continuing to divert his attention. Periodically, he will destroy obstacles in your path, and you will be able to move on.

In the end, you will find yourself inside the building. Go there and kill the little creatures. Then inspect the reception desks and scan the red phone. This is the fourth artifact . Approach the elevator to go upstairs. When you enter a spacious room with tables, go to the far right corner to find the fifth artifact - Hohman's house model . Keep using the sensor and look up at the ceiling to find a glass panel. Monsters must break through into the room through it. Kill all the small creatures, and then leave the room.



Go down the corridor, killing the enemies. You can scan the Marshmallow Man, who will be outside the window on the right. At the end of the corridor, on the left wall, there is a picture of the "Red Prince" - the sixth artifact of the chapter. Get out on the roof, fight the ghosts of the builders. Don't forget to use the scanner. After the victory, knock down the Marshmallow Man by shooting several times with bosonic darts. Stand at the edge of the roof and watch the cut-s??enu. The final part is devoted to the fight with the Marshmallow Man. Use a proton beam and periodically fire bosonic darts.
