The Observatory is another mission in Dying Light 2 that becomes active after completing the Orders quest.

Follow the marker outside the city where the observatory is located. Behind the river is a small building - a shelter. Start the generator and collect ( cassettes ). Climb up the mountain, remove the board at the main gate and you will enter the territory of the destroyed observatory. The task will end.
