All ships from Starfield

When playing Starfield, you will spend a good portion of your time at the helm of your spaceship, moving throughout the galaxy, visiting large cities and settlements, fighting pirates, and so on. Although you'll get your first free Frontier starship very quickly, over time you'll want to change and upgrade your ship.

Free ships

First, let's figure out how you can get free ships.

Frontier (Rubezh)

The Frontier is the first ship you'll receive after completing the tutorial mission by meeting Barrett on Vecter. You shouldn't limit yourself to just this starship, but to be honest, it's a pretty good starting ship.

Kepler R/Kepler S

Kepler R and Kepler S are starships that can be obtained by completing the Over Designed side quest. The Kepler R is a C-class ship that is much larger and has tons of weapon slots, while the Kepler S is a sleeker, more maneuverable starship. Which one you choose will depend on personal preference. Think of the Kepler R as a powerful space tank, and the S as a galactic sports car.

To start the side quest, you need to complete the story mission “At a High Price.” After this, talk to Walter Stroud. Your decisions during the side quest will determine which version of the ship you end up with.

EU??and you need Kepler R, you should:

• Choose a large budget.
• Be kind to team members and motivate them.
• Destroy every ship during space battles.

If you want Kepler S, do the opposite.

Holly

The Razorleaf is a ship that you will receive as part of the Mantis side quest. You can start the task at the beginning of the game, but it is a difficult mission that will bring you a legendary ship. First you need to find the “Secret Outpost!” tablet. from fallen Spacers. You will encounter these opponents in the following locations:

• During the story mission "Back to Vectera".
• During the main mission "Old Neighbors"
• When rescuing a hostage in the mission "Deputy".

Star Eagle

The Star Eagle is a ship that players will receive for completing the Freestar Collective quest chain (8 quests in total). To begin quests for this faction, go to Aquila City and find people who resemble lawmen in the Wild West. After completing the last quest called "Hammer Falls", you will receive this starship.

Bornstellar Guardian

Without going into spoilers, this ship can be obtained after completing the Starfield story campaign and starting the New Game + mode.

United Colonies Prison Shuttle

The UC Prison Shuttle is a spaceship that will be available after completing the questCrimson Fleet crown, which will begin the first time you are caught committing a crime in UC-controlled space (such as New Atlantis). Follow this branch to the mission “Echoes of the Past” to get the ship.

Vandervell

To get this starship, you need to select the "Kids Stuff" trait during character creation. Once you start the playthrough, visit your parents in their apartment in New Atlantis and continue to visit them from time to time to advance the quest line.
