Is it possible to romance Songbird or Alex in Phantom Liberty?

According to a tweet by Marcin Momot, CD Projekt Red's global community director, you can't romance Somi in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. Your playable character, V, is too busy spying and saving the world.

However, it is still possible to continue your romantic encounters with Panam, Judy, Rivera, or Kerry, with whom you can become romantically involved in the base version of Cyberpunk 2077.

You can also meet alone with Alex, spend time with her at the Moth bar, dance and chat face to face. But this will not lead to any romantic relationships.

I completely completed the game, saving the lives of both Somi and Alex, but I was not able to develop any romantic relationships with them.
