Walkthrough of Dragon's Dogma 2: A Romance with Wilhelmina

Your first encounter with Wilhelmina in Dragon's Dogma 2 can be through the quest "A Disturbing Find" or "The Stolen Throne", depending on which quest you choose to complete first. Both of these quests are important for developing your relationship with the character, so be sure to take them from Brant and complete them successfully.

In the first option, you will meet Wilhelmina in the castle courtyard if you start with the quest "Disturbing Find". When escaping from Allard's chambers, the main character will have to jump out the window and try to escape through the guards to the exit. However, one of the guards will notice him. At this point, Wilhelmina will appear and help him leave, confusing the young guard.

In the second option, the acquaintance will take place in the "Rose Manor" brothel as part of the quest "The Stolen Throne". Once in the secret room, the hero will have to urgently escape from the knights and will find refuge in a brothel, where Wilhelmina will help him. She will take him to her chambers and show him a picture through which he can peer into the next room.

Then you can always find Wilhelmina in the Rose Manor brothel in the capital of Vermund. She lives in a spacious room on the second floor of the building.

To start a romance with Wilhelmina, complete her quest "Every Rose Has Its Thorns." To do this, complete at least one of the story missions: “The Stolen Throne” (approach the false Lord) or “Disturbing Find” (enter Allard’s chambers and get the secret letter). Receive a special card - a pass to the Rose Manor brothel, which will allow you to meet Wilhelmina and develop a relationship, increasing the level of sympathy.

You can also strengthen your relationship by gifting her amazing items. Rings and bouquets created from two flowers found in the game world will make wonderful gifts. One of these bouquets can be found in a chest in Wilhelmina's room.

Every rose has its thorns

After completing the instructions from Brant, wait eight in-game days and go to Rose Manor, located in a wealthy quarter in the north of Vernworth. To pass the time, you can sit on a bench, run other errands, spend the night in a house bought from Mildred, or in a hotel.

Having arrived at the brothel, go up to the second floor to Wilhelmina's chambers, where Rolf will stop you and inform you that the lady is now occupied by a patron. Go to the girl’s room and examine the portrait, behind which there is a hole - find out what is happening in the next room and catch the courtesan with Allard.

After the minister leaves, Wilhelmina will return to her chambers and offer cooperation in overthrowing Allard, having collected enough evidence. Accept her offer to receive the quest "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" and begin a romantic relationship with Wilhelmina.

Please note that the task has a time limit - you are given three in-game days to collect evidence of Allard's crimes and take revenge on him for his atrocities. Do not delay in completing this task, so as not to miss the opportunity to start an affair with the courtesan.

Find the murder report at the minister's estate and deliver it to Wilhelmina. Offer her your help again, organize a joint murder and hide from the guards. During the quest, you will learn that Wilhelmina is a half-breed: her mother was a beastman, and her father was a human. The girl will thank you for your help and offer to meet the next day.

Spend the night at home or in a hotel to stop being pursued by the guards, and return to the Manor the next day. A cut-scene will start where you can sleep with Wilhelmina and start a romance, developing sympathy to the maximum. The courtesan will assure you that the Risen will always be welcome in the brothel.

Is it possible to skip the romance with Wilhelmina?

The relationship with Wilhelmina can be skipped if you do not jump out of the window and see a cutscene of her in the castle courtyard during the quest "A Disturbing Find". Also keep in mind that the task “Every Rose Has Its Thorns” is limited in time, and if you do not have time to complete it, you will not be able to have an affair with the girl.
