Regional Wealth Manor Lords

Regional Wealth in Manor Lords is a special resource that is used for trading and various improvements. Depending on the chosen difficulty level, at the beginning of the game you will have 30-50 points of Regional Wealth. At first it will seem very valuable, rare resource, but it will last for a while.

Be patient and develop your settlement until you build a factory. As soon as you do, assign a family to it and then go to the Trade tab. Here, select the resources that are in surplus, open the appropriate trade routes, click on the label to the left of the resource name and select Export. Specify the minimum allowed value (the amount of the resource that should always remain in your warehouse... if it's lower than that, merchants won't buy it). This is the main way to get the Regional Wealth!

This is used to order new oxen or horses, expand houses, and place outbuildings in the backyards of farms.
