How to open Grand Market in Silent Hill 2 2024?

One of the first puzzles in Silent Hill 2 is related to the Grand Market located on Neely Street, just north of Neely's Bar. The front door in the alley is locked with a combination lock, and you will need the correct combination.

Opening the combination lock and visiting the Grand Market is an optional action. There is a high probability that you will miss the information and notes related to finding the code. But if you get inside, you will collect a couple of health drinks and ammo for the pistol (although the resources depend on the current difficulty level).
