Trick or Treat in Silent Hill 2 Remake — Answers

Towards the end of the Brookhaven Hospital exploration, while moving on the elevator (when you find the button from the -1 floor), you will hear the transmission "Trick or Treat". You do not need to give any answers, but it is important to remember the correct answers to all the questions.

There will be three questions in total, and you need to remember the code combination of three numbers from 1 to 3. The correct combination is 231. When you meet Maria and return to the elevator to go up to the second floor and use the rings, before that, enter the room opposite the elevator. There is a box there. Enter the correct code to get syringes and shotgun shells. If the code is incorrect, James will take damage.

The code will be the same for all difficulty levels.
