Use explosives on the cracked wall and climb up the fishing container.

Warehouse Secret A1

Use explosives on the cracked wall visible in the area with the railings and steep drop-off. Jump onto the air conditioners from floor A3.

Tunnels B2 - Secret Weapon Storage 1

After the cutscene where Jodie falls down the stairs, the weapon storage will be visible after crawling through the vent. Use explosives to destroy the cracked wall, then you will need to go around to the back.

Tunnels B2 - Secret Weapon Storage 2

Search the tunnels and look for the wall that was destroyed for the first secret tunnel, you will come across another one. It will be next to a shelf and wire mesh.

Secret in the Staircase

In the stairwell you will come across a door that requires a red keycard; to the right of it is a cracked wall, use explosives to get inside.
