To get the Wehrmacht Key and Uniform, you need to collect four steles and progress through the Idol of Ra story quest until you can infiltrate the base in search of Foss. After that, you will have to escape through the tunnel with Naval.

Once you part ways with Naval, pay attention to the two-story tower located to the left of the exit from the base. On the back side of this tower, there is a crossbar that you can grab onto with a whip and pull yourself up.

After you climb onto the crossbar, move around the tower, holding onto the ledge until you reach an open window. Once inside, you will need to eliminate the only guard who is in the room.

After you deal with the guard, go down the stairs, where you will find a Wehrmacht uniform. Along with it, you will receive a Wehrmacht key, which will allow you to open some locked doors in Giza.
