This article contains spoilers related to the Bloodstained Temple on Iki, so don't read it if you plan on solving the puzzles yourself. In total, there are three shrines on the island of Iki. And each contains one of the interesting sets of armor.
Head to the western side of the island of Iki, to Cape Gonura. There is a shrine off the coast that precedes the Serpent's Lair. Look for her at the top of the green hill. The shrine itself is a reference to Eileen the raven, an NPC found in Bloodborne. There are also black feathers and noisy crows everywhere.
Read the poem. You are addressed as a hunter and asked to "reject the spell of death." First you need to put on the Kensei armor, which can be obtained in the mythical story "Six Blades of Kojiro". Then one must reject the attraction of death. In other words, you must not die. Make sure you have the courage to injure Jin by jumping off the high rock that encloses the temple. Stand in front of the statue and then heal yourself.
