What happens if you kill or spare Regalla

At the end of the Wings of the Ten quest, you fight Regalla, and after defeating her, you can either kill her or spare her life. The third option "It's not easy" does nothing. Even if you choose him, the game will still send you to the decision of whether Regall should be killed or spared.

If you kill Regalla

Then get her unique bow. This is a very powerful weapon, so I recommend choosing this option.

If you spare Regalla

In this case, Regalla will keep you company in the last battle, and in one of the places will take damage on himself. You won't get her unique bow, but you will avoid an extra fight with Ghosts. But why not fight for a good bow?
