Should I cooperate with Scarlett in Elex 2?

When you first approach the notice board in the Crater, you will be stopped by a woman named Scarlett. She will offer to work together, provided that you have at least 1000 Elexit Crystals in your inventory.

Should you work with Scarlett?

If you agree, Scarlett will take you to the side where you will be attacked. Scarlett and her two lackeys are strong opponents, and it will be quite difficult to defeat them with a low-level character. There is no special reward for defeating them (apart from gaining experience and inspecting their corpses), so choose "cooperate" only if you have strong equipment.
