Where to find Ricard and how to get to the courtyard of Vulcan Manor

Ricard is the owner of Vulcan Manor. Getting to it is pretty easy. See screenshot below. You need to go through the Altus Plateau behind the Leindell Castle and go west to Gelmir Volcano. Once in Vulkanov Manor, agree to serve Lady Tanith. Kill three enemies (look for letters in the far living room, markers will appear on the map), and she will offer you to meet Ricard. After teleporting, fight the Serpent and Rickard to get the Great Rune.

You need to get into the dungeon of Vulcan Manor, explore it and find the Temple of Needle in the Prison City. This is a place of grace. To get into the manor dungeon, enter the first room on the right and roll by the painting in the right corner. This is a secret passage, an illusory wall.
