How to get to the underground palace in Elden Ring - Mog, Lord of Blood

First you need to collect parts of the sacred medallion of the Holy Tree. This is covered in a separate guide.

When you collect the secret medallion and find yourself in the Sacred Snowfield, move along the upper western border and look for a teleport at the edge of the cliff, in the northwestern corner. He will transport you to the palace in the underworld. Make your way to the top of the mausoleum and fight Mog to get his rune. Here is the teleport:
