How to complete the quest Enchantress Sellen Elden Ring - game guide

A complete description of the passage of the quest Enchantress Sellen in Elden Ring, which begins in the Graveyard. Recommended to do after completing Rennie's quest.

Passage of the quest Enchantress Sellen Elden Ring

1. Find Sellen in the ruined basement of the "Settlement Ruins" and agree to become her apprentice. Before meeting with the Enchantress, you will have to defeat the "Crazy Pumpkin Head" boss.

Reward : "Thoughtful Nod" Gesture.

Extra #1: Buying spells will unlock new dialogues.

Extra #2 (before killing the story boss Radan Starscourge): Give the letter of recommendation you got from Mentor Seluvis to open a new dialogue.

2. Find Primordial Arcanist Azur in the Altus Plateau and speak with him. The sorcerer is located near the place of grace "Original sorcerer Azur".

Reward: spell "Azur's Comet" (imba for a sorcerer).

3. Return to Sellene and select "Show Azur's Magic". The sorceress will ask for a request and give the quest item "Sellian Seal Breaker".

Go to the cave "Vault in Sellia". At the end?? dungeons, passing through large crystals with snails, find a magical seal in front of which the enemy sorcerer will stand. Behind the magical seal, find the original sorcerer Lusat and talk to him.

Reward : the spell "Destructive Stars".

4. After defeating the story boss Radan Starblight, return to Sellene for a new quest.

Head to the Witchbane Ruins located in the south of the Graveyard. After going down to the basement, find Sellen, chained to the wall, and talk to her. Accept the source-stone from the sorceress.

5. Go to Rennie's Tower. Go to the ruins to the left of the tower, there is an illusory floor hiding the basement.

Going down inside, you will find the secret hideout of Mentor Seluvis. To the left of the inscription: “Seluvis doll. Do not touch” is an illusory wall, behind which there is a doll for Sellen, in which it is necessary to implant the source-stone.

6. Return to the "Witchbane Ruins" (item 4). Witch Hunter Jerren will be standing next to Selene's body, with whom you need to talk (the hunter will not appear if you have not exhausted his dialogue in the square of the castle of the Red Mane - the location before the boss Radan Beach of Stars).

7. Head to the "Great Library of Raya Lucaria". Go to the entrance to the room, next to the door you will see two summon signs. Using the call sign, you decide who to support: the Enchantress Sellina or the Witch Hunter Jerren.

Option number 1 - support Sellina: there will be a fight with the Witch Hunter. After the victory, talk to Sellina standing in the center of the library to receive a reward and complete the quest.

With this choice, Sellina will have a new spell "Spiral Shard" in her assortment. If you scroll (pass) the time, you can see how Sellen's story ended and find her Shiny Witch Crown helmet next to her.

Reward : Jerren's Set and Glitterstone Kris Dagger.

Option number 2 - support for Jerren: there will be a fight with the Enchantress. After winning, pick up ma??ku "Brilliant Witch's Crown" and its sphere (the spell "Spiral Shard" will not be sold by the Old Twin Handmaidens).

Talk to Jerren at the entrance to the library to receive your reward and complete the quest.

Reward : Dragon Smithing Stone (allows you to sharpen weapons by +25).

After completing the quest:

Move to the place of grace "Original Arcanist Azur" on the Altus Plateau (point 2). In place of the original sorcerer Azur, his set will remain.

Move to the place of grace "Shelter in Sellia" and go to the original sorcerer Lusat (p. 3). In place of the sorcerer, his set will remain.
