Console commands and cheats V Rising

As you may already know, V Rising supports dedicated servers. Stunlock Studios has given fans the ability to customize their own games and set their own rules. Since setting up a dedicated server is a separate process, in this guide we will focus on V Rising console commands and cheats. You can use these console commands and cheats on your server or in a private game.

How to enable console commands in V Rising

Using console commands, also called admin commands, is not particularly difficult for V Rising dedicated servers. You just need to follow a few simple steps:

1. The first thing you need to do is make sure the console is enabled in the settings menu in V Rising.
2. After that, when you enter the game, press the tilde "~" key under the ESC key on your keyboard to open the console menu.

And if you use server rental through Gportal, you should go to the main Gportal settings and find the "Admin list" option. Here you need to add your Steam ID 64 for verification. And if you want to add other players as an administrator, you must also add their Steam IDs 64.

Once the id has been added to Gportal, enable the game console option in the settings and you can now access the console panel / admin panelinstaller for rented Gportal V Rising servers by pressing the "~" key.

List of all V Rising console commands

Once you have opened the console with the "~" key, you will find a list of commands that you can use for your dedicated server or private game. First, you need to type list in the console and press Enter. This will show you a list of all commands available to you.

Some of these commands are related to settings, others are associated with administrator rights, and still others can be considered as cheats. To use these commands, you need to enter the name of this command, and then press the "Space" key on your keyboard. This will give you additional options regarding these commands. Some commands will even require two parameters to execute, so they can seem complicated.

For example, if you want to use the logdestroyevents command from the list, it will ask you for two options, which you can specify separated by spaces. And if you want to kick a player, just type kick and then press the spacebar on your keyboard and it will automatically show you a list of players. You will have to choose the right player. The same goes for blocking and unblocking players on the server.

Administrator Commands

As mentioned earlier, typing list in the console will give you a list of all the admin commands you can use, but what if you don't understand??o what each command does, explain their meanings below:

• adminauth - This command allows you to manage the server as an administrator.
• give [name] - Adds any item you want to your inventory. Can be optionally augmented with quantity, for example giving leather 50 will add 50 leather to your inventory.
• Giveset - Similar to the give command, but gives you weapons or armor from specific sets.
• kick [name/ ip / userID ] - kick the player from the server. You can use the name or IP or user ID to kick.
• banuser [name / ip / userID ] - bans a player from the server. You can use the name or IP or user ID for the ban.
• unban [name / ip / userID ] - unban a player on the server. You can use the name or IP or user ID to unblock.
• banned - lists all banned players on the server

Cheats

As mentioned earlier, some console commands in V Rising serve as direct cheats. For example, you can use the give command to give your character certain items or bonuses.

There is another interesting command that you can use to get certain sets of armor and weapons in the game. Enter the giveset command and hit space to get a list of the sets you canuse. As soon as you press Enter, these sets will automatically be included in your inventory.
