If your class is a thief, then Anevia will give two scrolls of Invisibility and one potion of haste. If your race is a dhampir, then Gemil Hawks will give a potion of Inflicting Grievous Wounds. There are a number of such reactions to race and class in the game - I'll mention it if it's going to transform into something tangible. Not that there was anything of value there - just for fun.
