All fast travel terminals are marked on the map with blue markers. To unlock them, it is enough to approach the terminals at a distance of 50 meters. Interaction is completely optional. However, for the movement itself, you should get to the nearest terminal and interact with it. The map will open and you will see other blue markers. Choose any of the available ones to quickly move to another location.

As for skipping time, everything is simple here. Look for the fast travel point Megatower H10. It is located next to Vee's apartment, which is also marked on the map as a "grey house". Enter the apartment and go to bed. Every time you sleep, time is rewound 6 hours ahead. You can sleep any number of times in a row.

Another thing is noteworthy: if any task says that the NPC will contact you the next day or in a couple of days, a banal time rewind will not solve the problem. It is necessary not only to rewind time, but also to leave your k??artire and a little travel around the city. The character will call at a random moment.
