Overwatch League still has no major sponsors

The companies that left due to scandals never returned.
Overwatch League still has no major sponsors

Last year, Blizzard was at the epicenter of several scandals at once, due to which many major brands broke off their cooperation with it. It was sponsorship of the Overwatch esports league, and it is reported that the organizations have not yet resumed partnership work.

Initially, Coca-Cola, Comcast, State Farm, Kellogg's and other companies collaborated with Blizzard, and since then no old or new brand has dared to contact the office for fear of tarnishing its reputation. For this reason, future Overwatch League tournaments will have much more modest prize money, despite the fact that the meetings planned for May will be held in arenas with spectators for the first time in several years.

Well, let's see what the future holds for the Overwatch League, and whether the league can recover from the "financial starvation".
