Terminator: Dark Fate - Defiance is no longer being developed by a Russian studio

Russian game studio Cats Who Play has announced that it is no longer developing a new real-time strategy Terminator: Dark Fate - Defiance. Slitherine LTD. took away the development rights from the domestic team, deciding to create the project on its own or entrust it to another studio.

The main reason for this decision is called the special operation carried out by the Russian army on the territory of Ukraine. Against the backdrop of what happened, the collective West and Europe imposed sanctions against our country, due to which many companies left the domestic market.

There was no exact release date for Terminator: Dark Fate - Defiance prior to the announcement, but outsourcing development would further delay the game's eventual release.
