CDPR decided to make their own next-gen version of The Witcher 3

The management of CD Projekt RED has decided to postpone the release of the next-gen version of the cult game The Witcher 3 indefinitely. The reason is a change in the development team. Previously, the staff of the St. Petersburg branch of Saber Interactive worked on the new product, but now the Poles have decided to develop it on their own.

It is likely that the decision to change the development team is based on political decisions. Extremely tense relations have been established between Poland and Russia against the backdrop of a military special operation on the territory of Ukraine, and earlier CDPR has already been noted in Russophobia, forbidding all residents of Russia and Belarus to buy their games.

Well, I wonder how the remaining fans of the studio's work will perceive this decision.
