Multiplayer in Dark Souls will be available again soon

The developers of the Dark Souls game series are still planning to return online multiplayer mode for all parts of the franchise on PC. The team told the PCGamer portal about this, specifying that the restoration of the functionality will be consistent.

Recall that earlier network functions in the PC versions of games were disabled due to an exploit that allowed attackers, invading the worlds of players, to access files on their computers. When this became known, From Software quickly turned off multiplayer, but since then nothing has been heard about restoring access to it.

Now, a few months later, the work is finally moving forward. By the way, no exploits were found in the console versions of Dark Souls.
