Some time ago, information appeared on the network that Blizzard closed the opportunity for Russian residents to take part in the upcoming beta test of the new Overwatch 2 shooter. Then, after a couple of days, the Russians again got the opportunity to go to the official website of the project and leave an application there.
It is not clear whether this was a political decision by the company or whether the ban on applying for the test was the result of a technical error. In any case, now everyone can try their luck to become a pioneer of the new-old world.
The Overwatch 2 beta starts on June 28th, the next phase starts on July 5th, and everyone can start playing the sequel on the 14th.
The action game also received a content update.
