Fntastic has launched a volunteer program for anyone who wants to help develop their first game , The Day Before . The program implies two formats of participation: paid and free. In the first case, all employees of the company are meant, who will receive different remuneration for their work, there are no details about the second mode yet.
It is noted that now all Fntastic employees are listed as volunteers, as the organization’s policy is built on this. Perhaps in the future, this strategy will replace the full-fledged hiring of employees with a standard salary.
