The developers of Mass Effect 5 have announced the appointment of Mary Demarle as the game's new Lead Writer. It is she who will continue to work on the space saga from BioWare. Prior to that, she worked on scripts for projects such as Deus Ex: Human Revloution , Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and Guardians of the Galaxy .
We wrote about the fact that the writer became part of the BioWare team yesterday , but we were not told what position Mary DeMarl would take. The screenwriter worked for 15 years at the Canadian game development studio Eidos Montreal. At The Game Awards 2021, she won the Best Narrative Award for Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.
BioWare has been working on Mass Effect 5 for several years now. However, the main forces are focused on the new Dragon Age, but immediately after it, the team will transfer labor reserves and seriously deal with the fifth part of the space saga.
