The Sims 4 has moved to a shareware distribution model. The game is available on all platforms on which it was previously released. Only the basic version will be free. All add-ons will remain paid.
Recall that the game is not available in Russia and Belarus. You can’t pick up the game on PC on Steam even using SteamDB.
The Sims 5 was also recently announced. The game will be released on PC and mobile devices in 2024.
