On the night of October 27, the developers of the Gotham Knights action game released an update, the patch note of which was not published anywhere. As it turned out later, the update was aimed at improving the optimization of the game by cutting out Denuvo's anti-piracy protection.
Of course, freebie lovers immediately took advantage of this by placing the Gotham Knights client in the public domain on well-known resources. The developers still have not issued a statement regarding the protection cut and have not rolled back the update if it was erroneous.
Recall that the release of Gotham Knights took place on October 21, the game received negative feedback from users due to a lot of problems, a boring plot and uninteresting combat.
The success of the title is quite expected.
