Some time ago, a new campaign appeared on Kickstarter, the authors of which offered backers to finance the development of a new game based on the popular Elden Ring soullike. The developers asked users for a little more than 180 thousand dollars, and they received the required amount in just a couple of minutes.
At the time of writing, the board has already received over $2 million in investment, and this has clearly exceeded all the organizers' expectations. The main feature of their future project, they call the opportunity to explore the open world, which will be divided into several separate segments.
The authors have not yet announced the release date of the board game.
The information was also confirmed by another reliable source.
The samurai action game couldn't beat out only Helldivers 2 and God of War.
So far, both games are in the early stages of development.
