The developers of the new Armored Core 6 from the studio FromSoftware told fresh details about the project. We learned that this entertainment will be a restart of the entire series, while the authors came up with a new concept and story for the game.

There will be no open world in Armored Core 6, the campaign will be based on a series of tasks that will send us to closed locations. Sekiro is leading the design, but players should not assume that the series will go towards soulslicks - we are waiting for the standard third-person action and battles on huge mechs.

Armored Core 6 will focus on single play, but the game will also have multiplayer elements (for example, an arena for PvP battles). The release of the novelty is still planned in 2023.
