Capcom may release a remake of the very first Resident Evil

The Justia website reported that Capcom is currently working on a remake of the very first Resident Evil game. Resident Evil has previously been remastered with HD textures and other graphical improvements. But a remake to the first part was not released, despite the fact that this happened with Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3.

The remaster has previously received critical acclaim. The new control scheme was recognized as more convenient and intuitive, especially for new players.
