Elena Saratseva, deputy head of Roskachestvo, said that the organization had conducted a study of products and most of them did not have quality conformity certificates. Roskachestvo selected samples of 18 brands. Most toys are sold without certificates, which are required for children's products.
According to the conclusion, almost 90% of the toy samples exceeded the content of a hazardous substance - phenol. Toys do not meet the toxicity index. With frequent contact, the child may experience drowsiness, headache, dizziness.
