Darkest Dungeon 2 release pushed back

Darkest Dungeon 2 release pushed back

The developers of the role-playing game Darkest Dungeon 2 from the studio Red Hook announced that the release of the game will not take place in early 2023. Instead, the authors plan to release a novelty in the second quarter, completing work on the project, which is in early access in the EGS store.

The reason is banal - the studio did not want to crunch at the end of the year, the team wants to take extra time to calmly debug the pre-release build. Apparently, during the testing process, some points were discovered that need additional attention from the team.

A more precise release date for Darkest Dungeon 2 will be announced next year.
