Renowned gaming journalist Jason Schreier said in another interview that he fears that the upcoming game The Elder Scrolls 6 may not be released on current generation consoles. The editor of the Bloomberg portal suspects that only new sites that neither Microsoft nor Sony have announced yet will be able to pull such a massive project.
The reporter notes that the full development of The Elder Scrolls 6 has not even started yet, and given the extended cycles of game development, it can be assumed that its release will take place many years later. By then, both companies should have released new generations of their platforms with enough resources to launch this adventure.
Meanwhile, the Xbox Series may be completely outdated by that time, and the game may not come out at all on the PlayStation.
Well, we can only wait and see how Schreier's predictions come true (or not).
