The sales of Ubisoft games for 2022 were so bad that the company had to increase the expected write-offs to 500 million euros. Due to the deteriorating economic situation, the publisher will have to lower its revenue target for the full year.
According to CFO Frederic Duguet, over the next two years, Ubisoft is forced to reduce the company's costs by 200 million euros, it will have to reduce its workforce.
