Game insider Tom Henderson has revealed that the new season of Battlefield 2042 kicks off on February 28th. This was told by his source, whose words can be trusted.
So far, DICE has not officially provided such information, but we know what will be in the patch. For example, players will find a new operator, weapons, an updated version of the battle pass, and a map where battles will take place at close range. Note that the 4th season will be the last one in which operatives will be added - further the game will receive only maps and modes.
We are waiting for official confirmation from the studio, although usually Henderson is not mistaken in 99% of cases.
The success of the title is quite expected.
