Alexei Goreslavsky, director of the Internet Development Institute, said that the organization plans to allocate additional funds to Cyberia Nova for the development of a domestic action-RPG called Troubles. The representative of the institution did not name the exact amount, but said that it was comparable to the previous tranche of 260 million rubles.
Mr. Goreslavsky clarified that the total budget of "Trouble" could be 1 billion rubles if the project is successful at release. IRI can take on its additional development in the format of a mobile version or, for example, a series of educational films for children. Everything will depend on how warm or cool the new product will be received by future players.
It is planned to release "Trouble" before the end of this year.
