Studio Striking Distance has announced the release date for the next update for their space horror The Callisto Protocol . The update is called the Contagion Bundle, and it contains a new mode and a lot of other content.

The new mode, called Contagion Mode, will appeal to fans of hardcore, as in it, during the passage of story quests in locations, the hero will find much fewer first-aid kits and cartridges. This will significantly complicate the gameplay, making it more atmospheric and unpredictable.

Among other things, with the release of the update, new character death animations and skins will also appear in the game. The release of the patch is expected on March 14th.
