Some time ago, a group of unknown people turned to the developers of the game STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl with a demand to return Russian localization to the game. If there was no response, the hackers threatened to leak gigabytes of secret data about the project to the network, but this did not frighten the employees of the GSC Game World studio.
As a result, a huge amount of concept art, screenshots and other materials about the game, which has been in development for many years, have appeared on the Internet. Of course, this is unlikely to somehow affect the pace of development, but the fact that the company's security system is so-so speaks volumes.
The developers of STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl refused to return support for the Russian language to the game, and it is unlikely that the situation will change in any way by the release (it still does not have a clear date).
