Some time ago, the official announcement of the new shooter Counter-Strike 2 took place, which, in fact, will become an improved version of CS:GO . In it, the Valve studio will slightly tighten the graphics, rework some gameplay aspects and, as it turned out, make changes to the anti-cheat.
According to the developers, Valve Anti-Cheat will not only punish users of prohibited software, but will also be able to cancel matches in which cheaters are found. At the current stage, even if VAC finds a cheater, it will ban him after the match (which can last up to 30 minutes), but in the new version of the game everything will change.
Apparently, the rest of the players in the match will not receive any penalty if it is canceled, while now, if you leave the battle early, you will have to wait a certain time as a punishment.
