Microsoft has stopped servicing its consoles in Russia at the official level. The official reason indicated in the technical support of the organization was the current situation in the state.
From now on, in the event of a claim to the purchased product (and Xbox consoles in the Russian Federation continue to arrive under the parallel import system), Microsoft representatives recommend contacting the store where it was purchased. Interestingly, on the website of the corporation Russia is still indicated among the countries where warranty repairs are provided. Apparently, this information simply has not yet been edited.
