The developers of the vampire shooter Redfall have decided to include Denuvo anti-piracy protection in their game. Information about this appeared on the Steam project page, where a number of users did not take this news too well.
The thing is that Denuvo has an extremely negative impact on the performance of the game itself. It has been proven more than once that with activated protection, projects require much more system resources than without it, although, of course, in the case of Redfall, it is not yet clear how everything will be.
In fact, we will see the result on May 2, when the official release of the novelty will take place.
Reynolds fought the reporters as best he could.
We will also be shown new gameplay.
There is little information, so the shooter could be based on the StarCraft, Warcraft universe, or a completely new IP.
On the evening of November 14, 2024, Obsidian began accepting pre-orders for its new RPG Avowed on all major platforms, including the Russian Steam.
The project is codenamed Half-Life X.
