Studio Techland plans to make their action Dying Light 2 scarier. This was told by the chief designer of the project Timon Smektala, who noted that one of the patches will make hunting at night even more dangerous and atmospheric.
According to Mr. Smektala, Dying Light 2 has a lot of horror elements, but so far they are not very developed. The team plans to fix this, which will cause players to be afraid to leave their hideout at sunset. Although, it is at night that you can find the most valuable loot and meet the most aggressive monsters.
An update with improved horror elements for Dying Light 2 will be released this summer. Before that, the developers plan to release patches with improved parkour system and add new story missions.
The action game also received a content update.
