Naoki Yoshida, who is a producer at Square Enix, has revealed that the new adventure game Final Fantasy XVI will not be released on Xbox consoles due to the fact that the Sony brand made developers a better offer. Thus, the authors agreed to make the game exclusive to the PS5 console, refusing to release a version for a competitor.
Of course, Mr. Yoshida and his colleagues did not want to in any way limit the players who have, for example, only an Xbox console. True, it was the opinion of Sony's management that was decisive, which in simple Russian means that money for SE will always be in the first place.
Final Fantasy XVI is scheduled to release on June 22nd.
